Working closely with the General Manager you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant, while enhancing customer experience.

The Responsibilities of the Role;

• Develop department managers to deliver excellent customer service and standards within their departments
• Champion recruitment and retainment in your site, overseeing each department’s approach to recruitment and keep staff turnover to the company target
• Oversee that rotas are completed in advance to site par level and in line with department wage budgets
• Create incentives and arrange training sessions to increase product knowledge and customer spend
• Take lead on probations, appraisals and training for your site and ensure the well-being of your teams
